Before You Book.
Yes. Every treatment begins with a consultation and skin assessment. A Skin Consultation is complimentary when booked with any skin treatment, or $25 on its own. Hair Restoration requires a separate Trichoscopy Consultation ($25).
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any treatment appointment. Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit is received, and it’s deducted from your treatment balance on the day.
Once your deposit is received, your appointment is confirmed and we’ll send you your personalised pre-treatment instructions ahead of your visit.
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice results in the loss of your deposit.
We allow a 5-minute grace period. Arriving later than that may mean your treatment is shortened or cancelled, so we don’t disrupt other clients’ appointments.
The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment using an approved electronic payment method.
